About the event

In line with the Supreme Court of India’s 2025 Mental Health Directive, all teaching and non-teaching staff must undergo biannual training in psychological first aid and suicide prevention. The Mental Health First Aid Program for Educators by Mindei goes beyond compliance; it transforms awareness into action. Through interactive case studies, live demonstrations, and reflective exercises, educators will learn to:

  • Recognize early signs of distress and burnout in students.

  • Respond with empathy, calm, and procedural safety.

  • Understand escalation and referral pathways in accordance with institutional policy.

  • Strengthen personal emotional regulation and resilience.
