About the event
In line with the Supreme Court of India’s 2025 Mental Health Directive, all teaching and non-teaching staff must undergo biannual training in psychological first aid and suicide prevention. The Mental Health First Aid Program for Educators by Mindei goes beyond compliance; it transforms awareness into action. Through interactive case studies, live demonstrations, and reflective exercises, educators will learn to:
Recognize early signs of distress and burnout in students.
Respond with empathy, calm, and procedural safety.
Understand escalation and referral pathways in accordance with institutional policy.
Strengthen personal emotional regulation and resilience.
Each participant receives:
✅ Certificate of Completion (SC-Compliant)
