In this expressive arts session, we’ll be using the resist technique—a playful, contrast-based process where unexpected materials meet, push, and respond to one another. This is not about creating a perfect piece of art—it’s about tuning into your inner landscape through guided mark-making, layering, and thoughtful reflection.
As the materials interact, you’ll be invited to respond with openness, curiosity, and a spirit of experimentation. Through this process, participants often find surprising insights, emotional shifts, and a renewed sense of creative freedom.
Facilitator - Roshni Bhatia Roshni is a Bangalore-based Art Psychotherapist with a specialization in the psychodynamic approach, helping individuals tap into the unconscious for deeper emotional insight and healing. With a Master’s in Art Therapy from Lasalle College of the Arts, Singapore, she brings rich clinical experience, trauma-informed practice, and an interdisciplinary lens to her sessions.
